Job summary
A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Manager/Project Lead for residential and renovation projects. The role involves planning, executing, and supervising construction activities to ensure timely and quality delivery. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and a minimum of 3–5 years of experience. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential. Qualifications

- Experience in landed house or condo renovation is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage renovation projects within budget and quality standards.
