Project Manager (Renovation)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management
• Lead the full project timeline from design handover to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate closely with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Site Supervision & Coordination
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Review and approve workmanship, finishes, and materials to maintain quality standards.
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the project team.
• Provide timely updates and effectively manage client expectations.
• Handle variations, change requests, and resolve conflicts when required.

Other Responsibilities

• Evaluate, manage, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Review quotations and monitor project costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the interior design/renovation industry in Singapore.
• At least 3–5 years of project management experience in renovation or interior design projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and submission processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Having your own vehicle is preferred for this role.
