Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in Marine Shipyard industry.
• 5 years of managerial experience required.
• Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and management of the project team.
• Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
• Interface with fabrication yards management for effective execution.
• Manage costs, project schedule, and procurement of equipment.
• Support the Site Team and act as a link between teams.
• Resolve site problems during the construction period.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and processes.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Supervision and Management of the project team.
2. Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
3. Interface with fabrication yards management to build up a good relationship for effective execution of the works.
4. Utilize effective project management skills involving managing costs, project schedule and procurement of equipment to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery of all deliverables within budget.
5. Give full support to the Site Team and act as the link between Site Team and Project Management on all projects.
6. Resolve site problems encountered during the construction period.
7. Ensure that project team comply with all the contract requirements and the company's processes for successful delivery of the yard scope of works.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in Marine Shipyard industry, and 5 years of managerial experience.
2. Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
