Formación

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment, ideally with a company in the technology/hardware space
  • Proven experience implementing Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. 5S, waste reduction, bottleneck analysis)
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership, coordination, or management
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and data-driven problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive, hands-on approach

The Role

Support the set-up and ramp-up of Yubico’s APJ operations, starting with Singapore.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Build a strong, high-performing team by leading, hiring, and mentoring warehouse staff; foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven problem-solving
  • Manage and optimize daily supply chain operations, including production, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Finance, Engineering) and liaise with external partners (3PLs) to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop, monitor, and report on performance & quality metrics, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Direct and execute continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen events, value stream mapping) to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
Basic Qualifications (Essential)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment, ideally with a company in the technology/hardware space
  • Proven experience implementing Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. 5S, waste reduction, bottleneck analysis)
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership, coordination, or management
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and data-driven problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive, hands-on approach
Qualifications (Bonus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (in addition to an Engineering degree)
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification
  • Experience with light manufacturing, technical product assembly, or kitting processes
  • Advanced proficiency with an ERP (e.g. NetSuite) and WMS (e.g. NetSuite WMS)
  • Experience working directly with a third‑party logistics (3PL) provider model
