Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in airline operations including safety, auditing, quality control and assurance, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of safety audit principles, the IOSA Program, and ICAO/EASA/FAA requirements.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of audits as the point-of-contact for audit teams.
• Monitoring audit findings and their closure to deliver IOSA Audit Reports.
• Providing technical support and briefings to IOSA auditors during field-work.
• Supporting airlines in audit follow up processes by verifying evidence.
• Formally closing assigned audits.
• Executing and improving program operations through projects.
