- This role is responsible for managing third-party suppliers and vendors to support content development and partnership projects. It involves overseeing onboarding, contracting, procurement, and financial processes to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with company policies.
- The role will start off as a contract role.
The Job
Responsibilities
- Supplier Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage supplier onboarding and reactivation processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot onboarding issues and uphold due diligence standards.
- Contract Management
- Oversee the end‑to‑end contract process, including preparation, review, amendment, and termination.
- Partner with legal and business teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date contract records and track their progress.
- Procurement & Payment Operations
- Handle purchase requests and orders, ensuring approvals and budget compliance.
- Coordinate with finance and project teams to facilitate timely payments and resolve procurement concerns.
- Invoice Review & Budget Monitoring
- Validate and approve supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency with agreed services.
- Track project budgets and spending, providing regular reports and financial insights to stakeholders.
