Responsibilities
  • Partner the business in terms of revenue and headcount planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans for Japan and Korea. High levels of written and oral fluency in English and Japanese is required for this role as you will be collaborating with cross functional teams across APAC.
  • Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process
  • Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs and Channel Partner Programs
  • Drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to streamline and standardize reporting needs
  • Support Marketing and Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Strong advocate for best practices and change management
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study; Self-starter with at least 5 years of sales operations, planning and business partnering experience; Well-versed in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc; Experience with BI systems and dashboards; Ability to travel for work; Business proficiency in English and Japanese is required for this role as you will be collaborating with cross functional teams across in APAC and Japan
