Job Description
Manage all operations of the branch in Singapore, including Profit and Loss, Sales & Marketing, and operations. Establish and implement a clear business strategy to achieve business goals and objectives in line with the regional overall strategy. Cascade the strategy, programs, and initiatives to team members with clear expectations to ensure anticipated business results are attained.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Report to the director of the head office.
· Lead business development initiatives and deliver long-term strategic objectives.
· Develop tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies (such as IRAS for tax matters, MOM for employment matters, and accounting procedures).
· Develop safety management practices to ensure workplace safety for all employees.
· Manage and liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
· Support and advise QS in tenders.
· Manage team of supervisors.
· Supervise departmental performance (Operation, HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.).
· Review business performance reports monthly or quarterly and provide recommendations for operational improvements and corrective actions.
· Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
Job Requirements
· At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
· At least 8 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
· Preferably a Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
· Committed and responsible towards the job.
· Strong leadership and coaching skills.
· Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated, and responsible.
