Job summary

A VR gaming company in Singapore seeks a gaming assistant. You will engage with customers, guide them through VR games, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide excellent customer service. This role includes a gross salary of $2,400-$2,600, a 2% medical allowance, and potential performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Test and become familiar with all VR games offered.
  • Guide customers on VR game rules and procedures.
  • Oversee operation of the VR game station and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Maintain and repair VR equipment with training provided.
  • Answer customer questions and manage bookings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and close sales.
  • Perform operational tasks like cashiering and cleaning.
  • Work independently and possess motivation to achieve targets.

Working hour: Retail working hours

Salary: Gross salary $2,400-$2,600 + 2% medical allowance + 0-10% bonus (depends on performance) every month

Location: Nearby Stadium MRT, Kallang Wave Mall

Job Scope
  • Test and become familiar with all VR games offered.
  • Guide and explain the VR game experience’s rules and procedures to customers.
  • Oversee operation of the VR game station and carry out technical troubleshooting, e.g., PC, VR system, VR game, etc.
  • Maintain and repair VR equipment (training provided).
  • Answer customer questions and provide appropriate service packages and manage bookings.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and close sales.
  • Perform other operational work (e.g., cashiering, cleaning, disinfecting).
  • Work independently.
  • Be self‑motivated and possess initiative to achieve set targets.
Job Requirements
