Area Sales Manager Thailand
Your tasks
- Help in recruiting customers by providing the value proposition based upon liquidtool using 4 step sales process.
- Conduct & document TESTs with productivity, tool life aspects and other related aspects in machining.
- Retain customers by implementing Retention plans.
- Work on Vital Parameters execution and implement with Business Partners as well.
- Provide value adding services to customers in line with Blaser approach.
- Handle commercials, overdue management etc.
- Map the market & customers and update information in CRM as per mapping sheet.
- CRM usage / updates for handling customers and managing daily business.
- Complaints handling in accounts.
- Development of the territory and share of business by diversifying in different Industry segments ( Automotive, Mould & Die, Aerospace, Electronics, Medical etc.) and different account sizes ( S, M, L, XL).
- Develop long term customer loyalty and enthusiastic customers.
- Implement Business Partners management points.
- Co-ordinate initiatives and activities between IPs with contacts and responsible markets.
- Implement Blaser Swisslube processes and make Liquid Tool – Our way of life!
- Live the Blaser Swisslube Constitution & Code of conduct.
Your profile
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- ~ 5 -10 years as sales or Technical service in Machine Tools / Cutting tools / Grinding wheels industries. Additional knowledge of semi con industry will be helpful.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Thai language. Additional Japanese language knowledge will be preferred if possible.
- Selling & Negotiation skills, Good communication skill, self drive & initiative with positive attitude.
