Community Program/Social Work (Event Planning, Mental Health, $5K)

Seeking for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join our Family Office Foundation, which is dedicated to empowering youth through mental wellness and educational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in social work, with a strong background in youth engagement, mental health support, and educational advocacy. This role involves direct client work, program development, and collaboration with community partners, mental health professionals and other Foundations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate and reach out to various non-profit organizations and philanthropic organizations, creating a dynamic community to push for social changes in Singapore.
  • Plan and facilitate outreach events, workshops, and awareness campaigns related to youth, mental health and education.
  • Oversee Foundation’s projects such as Community Education Awards, University scholarship and bursaries and conduct audit to the organization prior disbursement.
  • Ad-hoc events planning e.g. Fireside Chat, Pop-up/Booth, Year End Get-Together with partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes for continuous improvement and providing insights to the Group CEO.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance and legal standards.
  • Manage the operation of our social impact hub.
Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma holder in any field.
  • 4 to 5 years of professional experience in social work, preferably in community development or nonprofit settings.
  • Familiarity with philanthropic or family office environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Knowledge of local social welfare policies, community resources and local education will be an advantage.
  • Passion for social impact and community empowerment.
  • Creative, empathetic, and proactive approach to youth engagement.
