A leading finance and hospitality firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to handle month-end closing activities, prepare GST files, and support budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, along with proficiency in Cognos and Netsuite. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to comply with finance policies while supporting operations.
Complete the full set of month‑end closing activities within the Group's reporting timeline. Scope covers mapping the serviced apartment operators' financials and performing the closing tasks for the other entities such as AR billing, monthly schedules, intercompany transactions, reconciliations and management account review.
Support the preparation and consolidation of hospitality KPI information for review.
Provide support to AP matters when required, in coordination with the operations team.
