Job summary
A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to provide personalized and specialized care to patients. The role includes assisting with basic patient care, observing and reporting conditions, and maintaining a clean environment. Candidates must have completed the HCA course and be able to commit to rotating shifts.
Qualifications
- Must have completed the HCA course.
- Ability to commit to 3 rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing basic care for patients.
- Observe and report patient’s condition.
- Assist nurses in carrying out procedures.
- Collect and test specimens as instructed.
- Assist with patient admission and orientation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform general duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Education
The job-holder is responsible to provide personalised, specialised and cost-effective care to the patients in accordance to established
- Assists in providing basic care for patients and general duties
- Assists in observing and reporting patient’s condition and progress
- Assists nurses in carrying out procedures
- Observes, collects and tests specimens as instructed
- Assists with admission and orientation of conscious patients with stable condition
- Maintains clean and safe environment
- Assists with general duties as assigned by Nurse Manager/Senior Nurse Manager
- Completed HCA course
- Able to commit to 3 rotating shifts
