Senior/ Staff Nurses (Orthopaedic Clinic) - Office Hours
Job summary
A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Staff Nurse (Orthopaedic) to provide comprehensive nursing care within the orthopaedic department. This permanent position requires at least 2-3 years of experience and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board. The role includes assisting in patient care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the orthopaedic department.
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
- Assist with orthopaedic procedures and ensure patient safety.

- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $4,000 - $4800 + Bonus + OT
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the orthopaedic department.
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
- Assist with orthopaedic procedures and surgeries, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Experience in OT booking of appts and insurance/ medisave claims
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
