Résumé du poste
A non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking a Welfare Assistant to empower and support young females in a residential setting. Responsibilities include overseeing residents’ welfare, engaging them positively, and maintaining safety. Candidates should have a diploma or O levels and preferably 4-5 years of experience. Shift work is required, and only female candidates will be considered for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience required.
- Willingness to learn Trauma Informed Care practices.
- Experience in youth work is an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Oversee daily welfare and safety of residents.
- Motivate and engage residents in positive behavior.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
