Job summary

An established non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations and compliance, support recruitment, and foster employee engagement. The role requires a diploma or degree in HR, 2-3 years of HR experience in healthcare or social services, and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate should be proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office. This position is based in Peacehaven Nursing Home, with typical working hours from 8.30 am to 5.45 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or social service sector.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Administer daily HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Foster a positive work environment through timely communication.
  • Assist in implementing salary and benefits-related initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
  • Support the annual performance appraisal cycle.
