- Align children engagement strategies in accordance with center policies
- Lead the development of new teaching and learning methods, tools and assistive technologies based on emerging trends in the sector
- Model professionalism when collaborating with families and community stakeholders within the center
- Degree in Early Childhood Education/Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent recognized by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing preschool centers
