A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a Team Leader - Outlet to provide excellent service and manage restaurant operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in hotel operations and is skilled in problem solving and interpersonal relations. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests and be a role model for junior colleagues. The Team Leader - Outlet is responsible for:

  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
  • Interacting with guests, checking guests' satisafaction and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Motivating team members and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assisting in guiding and providing on-the-job training to junior colleagues.
  • Handling guests' feedback efficiently.
  • Taking ownership of the restaurant's cleanliness, overall look and feel, including decor and atmosphere.
