About the Role

Binance is building AI-powered agents to serve millions of users across its ecosystem. As an AI Application Engineer, you'll lead the development, deployment, and optimization of production-ready AI systems that enhance user interactions, automate processes, and drive intelligent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI bot projects: planning, development, and ongoing tuning
• Design and implement AI agent architectures that can reason, plan, and interact with APIs/tools
• Develop systems for human-AI collaboration (e.g., clarifications, follow-ups, feedback)
• Build performance monitoring and evaluation systems for continuous improvement
• Work cross-functionally to integrate agents into existing Binance products and services
• Stay current with latest AI/LLM/agent research and incorporate best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Bachelor's or Master's)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong in Python (and preferably Java); experience building production-grade AI applications
• Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek), prompt engineering, RAG, MCP
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning, and decision-making algorithms
• Skilled in system design, workflow orchestration, and agent deployment
• Great at problem-solving, collaboration, and communication

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, Dify, or similar AI agent frameworks
• Built or contributed to conversational AI/chatbots with intent recognition & knowledge base enhancement
• Hands-on with data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning
