Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a highly experienced technical leader to oversee shipboard machinery systems, HVAC systems, and piping design. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 years of experience and 5 years in a leadership role managing a team. The role requires strong project management skills and familiarity with industry standards. Compensation will be competitive, with opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in design and engineering for shipboard machinery systems.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role with a team of no less than 8 engineers.
- Familiar with shipbuilding and offshore industry standards and practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations.
- Conduct technical assessments and reviews for project tenders.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee technical assessments for equipment.
