Job summary

A maritime services supplier in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage RFQs and update customer inquiries using ERP systems. Ideal candidates will have excellent MS Office skills and the ability to work under deadline pressure. This role offers a basic salary of up to $4,200 with additional benefits and is located in Tuas, a short walk from the MRT.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of handling RFQs efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs within the allocated time and distribute quotes.
• Download inquiries and orders from customer portals.
• Update information in the company's ERP system.
• Perform additional duties as directed.

Job description

Global maritime service group and leading ship supplier serving merchant marine, offshore, and defense industries.

West location – Tuas (5-mins walk from Gul Circle MRT)

5.5 days | After confirmation - Alternate Sat

Basic up to $4,200 + AWS

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating, and distributing the quote to the client
• Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, SisCommerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager

Requirements

• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure
