Overview

As the Senior Business Development Executive across the Web3 crypto-native ecosystem, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to acquire and retain crypto-native clients. Your expertise in navigating sales, relationship management, and knowledge in the blockchain industry will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and establishing Nethermind as a blockchain and AI engineering, research and security leader leader in the market.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy, aligning with the overall business objectives of Nethermind.
  2. Identify and target potential enterprise clients, fostering relationships and managing the end-to-end sales process.
  3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, actively prospecting new opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, research and marketing, to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to effectively position Nethermind's products and services in the Web3 space.
  6. Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling Nethermind's offerings to clients.
  7. Represent Nethermind at industry events in your region, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish strong relationships within the broader Web3 community.
  8. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethics in all sales activities.

Qualification Requirements

  2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the Web3 and crypto-native ecosystem.
  3. Strong understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics.
  4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex and multi-year deals.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  6. Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  7. Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and AI is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must.
  8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
