Support Engineer (Technical) - Medical Imaging
Job summary
A leading company in medical imaging is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer support and troubleshoot issues with medical imaging systems. This role involves collaboration with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the maintenance of technical documentation. Candidates should have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and relevant experience in the medical field.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory.
- Able to commit standby and travel if required.

- Provide technical support to customers regarding medical imaging systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with medical imaging equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.

- Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of medical imaging systems.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of medical imaging equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
- Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 1 year related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory/medical imaging
- product is a plus
- Able to commit standby and travel if required.
