Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Consultant to manage bookkeeping, taxation, and consultancy for clients. Candidates should have at least a diploma in Accountancy, relevant experience, and skills in accounting software. This role offers a salary of SGD 3,100 to SGD 4,000 plus bonuses.

Accounts Consultant | Full Set | Accounting Firm | Intermediate | 5 Days | Ubi
Working Days and Time: 5 days 9am-6pm
Working Location: Ubi (Oxley Bizhub)
Salary: $3,100-$4,000 + Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
- Perform regular Bookkeeping and Accounting services, Taxation work, quarterly GST, Payroll services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof.
- Preparation of client's unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs)
- Streamline clients' cashflow monitoring processes
- Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients
- Review junior consultants' work for accuracy and reasonableness
- Conduct MYOB and other backoffice software trainings and IT consultancy for clients
- Manage internal and company's clients' statutory datelines
- At least diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA
- At least 1 year relevant experience in accounting firm
- With proven exposure to managing full sets of accounts or equivalent experience in a related industry
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero
- Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel
