Job Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives.

    Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential sales opportunities.

    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Plan and organize sales activities, including lead generation, cold calling, and client meetings.

    Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to track progress and provide insights to management.

  2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and industry events.

    Cold call and email potential customers to introduce the institution's educational products and services.

    Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and budgetary constraints.

    Follow up on leads promptly and efficiently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

  3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to potential customers, showcasing the institution's educational offerings.

    Customize presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of each customer.

    Demonstrate the value and benefits of the institution's products and services to potential customers.

    Address customer concerns, objections, and questions effectively to alleviate any doubts or hesitations.

  4. Relationship Building and Account Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

    Understand customers' goals, challenges, and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.

    Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.

  5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

    Generate regular sales reports and analysis to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

    Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
