Job summary

A technology firm in Singapore seeks a sales professional with 2-3 years' experience in front-end semiconductors, vacuum pumps, or semiconductor filters. The role focuses on implementing sales strategies, ensuring appropriate product pricing, providing customer service, and facilitating training seminars. Responsibilities

  • Implements sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned accounts.
  • Ensures pricing meets targeted profit margins to improve sales and customer support.
  • Conducts training seminars and presentations for customers as needed.
  • Provides daily customer service to resolve questions and concerns regarding quality, availability, and delivery.
  • Facilitates the speedy resolution of accounts receivable issues to support Company revenue targets.

Requirements

Job Accountability
  • Implements sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned accounts
  • Ensures that the products are appropriately priced to meet the targeted profit margin as set by the Company to improve on sales and customer support for resolution, maintaining or adjusting actions
  • Conducts or organises training seminars and presentations for customers when required
  • Provides daily customer service to resolve customer questions and concerns regarding, quality, availability and delivery, and also provides first‑hand technical assistance to customers and coordinates Suppliers’ technical resources to ensure that technical solutions are developed to meet customer satisfaction
  • Facilitates the speedy resolution of accounts receivable issues as assigned in order to support the achievement of Company revenue targets
