Deliver, arrange and plan activities and programmes for residents
Provides information and referral to services
Ensure programs meet established standards and effectively engage resident
Create new activities /services for resident engagement based on their interest/needs
Evaluate programme and telephone interviews/surveys to gather feedback on the activities and programmes
Liaise with stakeholders and arrange/organise programs and services
Monitor the supply and condition of equipment, activity materials and supplies and assist in procuring items when needed
Assist in managing programme budgets and resources
Job Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Experience in program coordination, preferably in social services or elderly
Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Working Hour 5.5 days
