  • Manage helpdesk function, monitor SLAs, and provide user support.
  • Lead and guide local IT staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
  • Manage network, servers, and infrastructure resources, including vendor coordination.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, compliance with policies/regulations, and support audits.
  • Drive business transformation through digitalization and technology adoption.
  • Lead IT projects locally and coordinate with regional/global teams.
  • Manage IT budgets, costs, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Review and improve IT processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
  • Lead daily IT operations, helpdesk, and staff to ensure smooth business support.
  • Manage infrastructure (servers, networks, VMware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
  • Oversee cybersecurity, compliance (ISO 27001, PDPA), and audits.
