Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate meetings with property stakeholders, including annual gatherings, and maintain accurate documentation for seamless communication.
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities performed by service providers, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with vendors on regular upkeep, urgent fixes, and overall technical assistance to keep properties running efficiently.
• Handle parking facility management, from revenue collection to customer support services.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by leadership to support operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• A diploma or certification in facilities management, engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in property or building maintenance.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives on responsibility and can deliver results with minimal supervision.
