A reputable construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to oversee project schedules, budgets, and operational aspects. This role requires strong leadership to ensure project goals are met, client satisfaction is achieved, and compliance with safety regulations is maintained. Candidates should possess relevant project management experience and excellent communication skills.
Prepare project schedules and budgets; create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; execute projects with minimal supervision within budget and schedule; manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects; work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods; prepare progress reports, risk assessments, method statements, client updates and attend meetings; continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships; manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications; identify issues and escalate to Project Management well ahead of time; ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately; comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures; responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site.
