Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Supporting local sales and Malaysia deliveries (order processing, quotation , delivery arrangement)
  • Supporting the Singapore and Malaysia sales in liaising with customers, providing timely and accurate execution of customers' needs including sample requests
  • Follow on orders and ensure sufficient inventory for customers Inventory management (and disposal of inventory , if required)
  • Participation of survey requested by the Department of Statistics
  • Provide weekly Sales and inventory reports
  • Arrangement for blending and drumming activities
  • Update landed costs for all the deliveries/shipments
Requirements
  • Chemicals background is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience dealing with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Effective complaint management skills
  • Knowledge of Incoterms
  • Knowledge of SAP, PDF edit, MS Excel, Word, Pivot /Vlookup
  • Positive attitude with good time management
