Job Highlight:
Oversee and manage various administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
Ensure efficient inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between different departments.
Maintaining the operational flow and supporting warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, process incoming and outgoing, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, and returns.
Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers to address any issues or discrepancies.
Reporting: Generate regular reports from system.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
Support: Provide administrative support to the operations manager and assist in other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (SAP) and or other relevantsoftware.
