Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd, a leading provider of audio-visual solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team in the Kallang Central Region. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with our valued clients. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the continued success of our company.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and a deep understanding of their needs
Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, actively prospecting and generating new leads
Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and presentations to potential clients
Collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer service
Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to drive growth
Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the audio-visual industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients
Existing business network or contacts in at least one of the required verticals (Enterprise, Education, Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA), Hospitality & Entertainment)
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
Detailed understanding of audio-visual technologies, products, and industry trends
Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a driven and proactive mindset
