Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Leadership
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to boost online engagement, drive direct bookings, and elevate brand visibility across web, mobile, and social platforms.
E-Commerce Growth & Optimization
Spearhead initiatives to grow online sales and service capabilities, ensuring a seamless and compelling customer journey from discovery to conversion.
Product Development Oversight
Lead the full product development lifecycle—from market research and concept ideation to launch, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, IT, and Operations teams to align digital campaigns and product innovations with overarching business objectives.
Website & Platform Enhancement
Oversee enhancements to the website and e-commerce platforms to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and ensure seamless CRM integration.
Data-Driven Innovation
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for new digital products, packages, or services that differentiate the brand and meet evolving customer needs.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the online Sales and Marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results.
Performance Reporting
Define KPIs and deliver comprehensive performance reports to the CEO and senior leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or product development, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or related industries.
Brings a wealth of experience in shaping digital ecosystems, with a proven ability to translate traditional offerings into compelling online experiences.
Has a deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing, with a track record of leveraging these to drive measurable outcomes.
Demonstrates strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, especially in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
Possesses a natural ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage complex projects from concept to execution.
Maintains a forward-looking perspective, staying attuned to emerging technologies and evolving consumer behaviors.
