As a HR & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Job Responsibilities

Finance

  • Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports such as profit and loss statements and cash flow.

  • Ensure all financial practices comply with accounting standards, principles, and legal requirements.

  • Track working capital, manage costs (e.g., inventory, grants), and provide advice on business growth opportunities.

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general accounting tasks.

  • Establish and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
    Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities to fulfill statutory obligations.

  • Assist the Business Office Director in handling financial transactions, including payroll and accounting tasks.

  • Collaborate with the Strategic Operations Director to develop an effective and scalable operational system.

  • Conduct internal audits, prepare KPI reports, and implement risk management measures.

  • Stay updated on HR and financial laws, including manpower and tax regulations, to ensure compliance.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Human Resources

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and retention.

  • Provide guidance to department heads on manpower planning and hiring strategies.

  • Administer performance reviews, talent development initiatives, employee communications, and exit processes.

  • Organize and manage the annual HR calendar covering merit reviews, bonus payouts, budgeting, payroll, and cost-saving measures.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, strengthen workplace culture, and coordinate corporate events.

  • Implement and oversee corporate partnership programs.

  • Ensure adherence to manpower regulations, employee benefits policies, and government employment schemes.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields, with over 5 years of progressive HR and Finance experience.

  • Proven ability to manage full-spectrum HR and finance functions independently, with strong knowledge of employment laws, financial regulations, grants, and statutory submissions.

  • Strong capabilities in budgeting, analysis, and decision-making to support organizational planning and operations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in dynamic environments.
