As a HR & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Job Responsibilities
Finance
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports such as profit and loss statements and cash flow.
Ensure all financial practices comply with accounting standards, principles, and legal requirements.
Track working capital, manage costs (e.g., inventory, grants), and provide advice on business growth opportunities.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general accounting tasks.
Establish and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities to fulfill statutory obligations.
Assist the Business Office Director in handling financial transactions, including payroll and accounting tasks.
Collaborate with the Strategic Operations Director to develop an effective and scalable operational system.
Conduct internal audits, prepare KPI reports, and implement risk management measures.
Stay updated on HR and financial laws, including manpower and tax regulations, to ensure compliance.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Human Resources
Manage the full recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and retention.
Provide guidance to department heads on manpower planning and hiring strategies.
Administer performance reviews, talent development initiatives, employee communications, and exit processes.
Organize and manage the annual HR calendar covering merit reviews, bonus payouts, budgeting, payroll, and cost-saving measures.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, strengthen workplace culture, and coordinate corporate events.
Implement and oversee corporate partnership programs.
Ensure adherence to manpower regulations, employee benefits policies, and government employment schemes.
Job Requirements
Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields, with over 5 years of progressive HR and Finance experience.
Proven ability to manage full-spectrum HR and finance functions independently, with strong knowledge of employment laws, financial regulations, grants, and statutory submissions.
Strong capabilities in budgeting, analysis, and decision-making to support organizational planning and operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in dynamic environments.
