Senior Manager / Assistant Director, Leadership Development (LD), HR Digitalisation, Up $9K

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Working Hours: Near to Novena MRT

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Fri: 8.30AM - 5.30PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Transformation & Systems Development Lead the creation and implementation of Learning and Development’s Digitalisation Masterplan.

  • Drive requirements gathering for the Talent Management System (TMS) across the organisation and other Departments.

  • Oversee the design and build of a central Talent Database with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Automate Learning and Devlopment processes to improve efficiency.

  • Talent Development & Engagement Plan and run leadership development programmes and talent engagement sessions (e.g. dialogues with senior management).

  • Support key initiatives such as onboarding and development activities for leadership pipeline officers.

  • Enhance communication strategies with talent groups and their supervisors. Contribute to the development of career tracks and new leadership initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR, leadership development, or digital transformation.

  • Strong understanding of Learning and Development processes and ability to identify stakeholder needs.

  • Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.

  • Effective communicator who can engage senior management, tech teams, and internal partners.

  • Familiarity with HR digital tools and solutions.
