You should feel comfortable navigating change and driving adoption of new processes and technologies. This role works closely with stakeholders across multiple geographies and operating maturity. You will need to have a clear and concise communication style but can exercise flexibility where appropriate. You need to work at speed, be a self‑starter to drive change and can manage ambiguity, in order to deliver results.
