About The Role

Dyson is on a mission to optimize our global retail network and deliver a world‑class omni‑channel experience. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Retail Operator with strong experience in leading process improvements and delivering efficiencies in store. This role is ideal for someone with a strong retail industry background and a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing the customer and employee experience. You should feel comfortable navigating change and driving adoption of new processes and technologies. This role works closely with stakeholders across multiple geographies and operating maturity. You will need to have a clear and concise communication style but can exercise flexibility where appropriate. You need to work at speed, be a self‑starter to drive change and can manage ambiguity, in order to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale global retail processes: Drive planning and execution of retail process changes, including POS system rollouts and operational enhancements across markets.
  • Strong capability to drive adoption of new ways of working within the operation: Drive change of new processes and minimize disruption to store operations.
  • Operational Readiness: Conduct impact assessments and readiness checks for retail teams; identify gaps and create actionable plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions with store managers and retail teams to ensure alignment and operational clarity.
  • Co Creating training & communication materials : Partnering with Global Training and Development, create practical training and communication materials for stores. Delivery of training and supporting business process will be required.
  • Performance Tracking: Partnering with Global Performance, monitoring and report on adoption rates and operational KPIs post‑implementation.
  • Process Owner: Be the point of contact for support functions such as Supply Chain, IT and merchandising for insights and guidance of impacts to stores on process, system and ways of working changes.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Retail industry experience is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, process improvement, or change management.
  • Strong understanding of retail systems (POS, inventory management) and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking operational performance and adoption metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Passionate about retail and comfortable with change.
