Job summary

A leading fintech company in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a 12-month contract. You will monitor customer support tickets, respond to alerts, and prepare business summaries. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 4+ years in technical support, and proficiency in programming languages. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders to drive resolutions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in technical support or site reliability engineering.
  • 2+ years of project experience with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Shell, Java).
  • Knowledge of full web stack and REST API development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily customer support tickets and prioritize them.
  • Respond to alerts and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Prepare business summaries for daily activities.
  • Review and assess emergency escalations.
  • Identify recurring issues and develop resolution guides.
