About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our investment advisory team, focusing on deep tech, AI, and digital assets. You will lead investment sourcing, evaluation, and execution, while contributing to portfolio strategy and monitoring.

This role offers hands-on exposure to both private and public equity investment opportunities, providing the chance to drive high-impact decisions and collaborate directly with founders, portfolio companies, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Research & Strategy

• Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and emerging technologies across deep tech, AI, semiconductors, cybersecurity, FinTech, and digital assets
• Develop thematic insights and long-term investment strategies
• Identify market trends and disruptive innovations shaping future economies

Deal Sourcing & Execution

• Source, evaluate, and recommend private and public investment opportunities
• Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, multiples, comparable analysis), and scenario testing
• Manage due diligence processes, investment memos, and presentation to the investment committee
• Negotiate terms and structure deals in collaboration with legal and finance teams

Portfolio Management

• Monitor portfolio company performance, financials, and strategic initiatives
• Support operational improvements, capital strategy, and exit planning (M&A, IPO, secondary transactions)
• Analyze risk and return across the portfolio to inform allocation decisions

Capital & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build relationships with founders, co-investors, institutional LPs, and industry partners
• Contribute to fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, and product strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, investment banking, or technology strategy
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets
• Proven experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with strong presentation capabilities
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
