Descrizione del lavoro
A global solutions provider for CFOs based in Singapore is looking for a Professional Services Senior Manager. This hybrid role involves leading a team of consultants, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of consulting experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in financial systems implementation. This position does not offer sponsorship for non-eligible candidates.
Competenze
- 10–12+ years experience in consulting, Professional Services, project leadership, or enterprise software delivery.
- 5+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Experience delivering or overseeing implementations of ERP, financial systems, or BI platforms.
Mansioni
- Lead and support a team of Professional Services consultants.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements across APAC.
- Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Partner with Sales and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
