About the Job
  • Oversee the full supply planning process, aligning capacity plans with business needs and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to review specifications, allocate production to partners, and balance cost, quality, and delivery priorities.
  • Analyse planning outcomes to identify gaps, recommend product transfers, and continuously improve sourcing and allocation efficiency.
  • Utilise digital planning tools and data analytics to enhance forecast accuracy, monitor supplier capacity, and enable data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Drive process improvements through lean and agile practices, develop performance dashboards, and support seasonal initiatives and special projects.
