A leading Mechanical & Electrical services provider in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare budgets, and oversee tenders. The ideal candidate will engage with sub-contractors for quotations and ensure all contractual claims are assessed promptly. This role is crucial in maintaining financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle, offering a salary between S$2800 and S$4000. Responsabilidades
- Evaluate tender, prepare tender submission and Bill of Quantity.
- Establish database for costs, materials and supply sources.
- Calculate the cost of construction based on drawings and documents.
- Assist in assessment of all contractual claims and work progress.
- Invite sub-contractors to submit quotations and evaluate them.
- Prepare project budgets, reports and cost estimation.
- Monitor budget and track direct costs on projects.
- Resolve outstanding claim issues on Final Accounts and Variation Orders.

- Address: Office near Ang Mo Kio, Working site at island wide
- Working days: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm // If have urgent things, sat 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Salary: $2800 to $4000
- Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission and Bill of Quantity
- Establish database for costs, materials and supply sources.
- To calculate the cost of construction for a project (Pre-contract) based om the drawings and documents.
- To assist in the assessment of all contractual claims, work progress, etc.
- To invite sub-contractors of various trades to submit quotations for the projects and evaluate the quotation accordingly to the necessary award of the Sub-Con.
- Preparation of project budgets, reports and cost estimation.
- Monitor budget and keep track of direct costs on projects.
- To resolve any outstanding claim issues on Final Accounts and Variation Orders promptly
