Job summary

A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Beauty Therapist to deliver treatments and support clients in achieving their wellness goals. The role involves establishing strong client relationships, monitoring progress, educating on products, and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the slimming industry or facial treatments, with sales experience preferred for senior roles. Working hours are from 10 am to 8 pm on a rotational schedule with weekends included and a basic salary of $2500 - $3500 plus commission.

Beauty Therapist (Slimming Therapist cum Consultant)

  • Basic Salary Range: $ 2500 - $ 3500 + Commission
  • Address: Orchard
  • Working Hours: 10am – 8pm (2 hours lunch break)
  • Working Days: 5 days work week rotational shift, must be willing to work on weekend
  • Benefits: AL & MC as per MOM standard

  • Establish strong rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
  • Monitor and track clients' progress closely, offering personalized guidance and encouragement along the way.
  • Educate clients on available products and treatments, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, guaranteeing a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the slimming industry - facial industry can be considered too.
  • Certifications in body / aesthetic / beauty and facial technique knowledge will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of sales experience with knowledge in postpartum wellness and slimming may be considered for a senior role.
