Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for a role at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre. Responsibilities include supervising residents, assisting with day-to-day activities, and providing therapeutic interventions. Ideal candidates will have experience working with youth at-risk, possess basic counseling skills, and be willing to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. A commitment to the welfare and discipline of residents is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in working with youth at-risk is essential.
- Basic processing and counseling skills are required.
- Knowledge of common issues related to trauma and abuse.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily operational duties and supervise residents.
- Assist residents with difficulties and ensure their welfare and safety.
- Promote discipline among the residents.
- Handle crises or conflicts effectively.
- Provide individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans.
- Support the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents.
