Job summary

A retail aquatic store in Singapore is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail supervision or a senior retail role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of aquarium care, livestock handling, or aqua scaping required.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the aquarium retail shop.
• Supervise retail staff and maintain service standards.
• Handle opening and closing duties, cash management, and POS operations.
• Maintain shop presentation and upkeep of livestock tanks.
• Monitor livestock wellbeing and coordinate care schedules.
• Assist customers with aquarium setup advice and product recommendations.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
