Job summary
A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with company KPIs. Ideal candidates should be organized and responsive in a dynamic environment, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Salary ranges from $2200 to $3000.

- Assist in job postings and candidate sourcing.
- Monitor employee attendance for payroll processing.
- Manage Work Injury Compensation Act claims.
HR Assistant (Recruitment)
- Working Timing: Mon – Friday , 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Salary: $2200 - $3000
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Match candidates’ profiles with job requirements to ensure suitability.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure recruitment efforts align with company KPIs and hiring goals.
- Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.
- Monitor and verify employee attendance and overtime records for payroll processing.
- Manage and process Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and maintain up-to-date HR records.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
