Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and business goals
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (job portals, networking, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability based on job requirements
• Provide career advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates
• Achieve individual targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred (agency experience an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MOM’s employment laws and work pass regulations is an advantage
