Responsibilities
- Reporting to Managing Director for a European Company; supporting all HR activities for Singapore and Malaysia
- Review and upgrade existing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals while promoting effective collaboration across departments
- Develop performance management systems by setting KPIs, working with department managers and general managers to conduct regular performance reviews and implementing coaching frameworks
- Employee Development & Engagement
- Strategic HR Transformation
- Adoption and deployment of AI tools

Requirements
- Degree in HR or relevant qualifications. IHRP Certification is mandatory.
- 15 years of HR administration and development experience with European and trading companies (headcount: 80 to 150) demonstrating the ability to adapt.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR best practices, performance systems, and policies; demonstrate openness to AI tools; firm in labor contracts.
- Deep understanding of labor laws in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring compliance in all HR matters, and hands‑on experience to apply within COMPASS.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to autonomously manage all aspects of the HR function.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and organized, capable of managing a comprehensive HR operation independently.
Office is near MRT | Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:30am)
