HR Manager/ Head of People and Culture (Factory Set-up & Manufacturing / $9500/ East)
Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions
- Proven ability to act as a strategic HR business partner, providing guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in full spectrum of HR
- Developing and implementing HR policies, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with overall business strategies to support plant startup and future growth.
- Familiarity with the organizational structure of manufacturing, including operations, engineering, EMS, group pantry, clinic, and back-end office support. Will work closely with HQ support team and plant setups technical team.
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, employee relations, and union matters
- Knowledge in handling expatriate relocations.
- Experience working with upper management and stakeholders from overseas (MNC, HQ from overseas).
