A healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to provide quality care to elderly residents. The role involves supervising care staff, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring residents' emotional well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety standards are adhered to. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Nursing and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Strong monitoring skills for vital signs with ability to report abnormalities.
- Experience in administering medications under supervision.
- Ability to provide emotional support to elderly residents.
Responsabilités
- Supervise care staff for daily nursing activities.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and communicate with the healthcare team.
